Job Description

• PicckR is looking for a Business Development & Sales Executive to help grow our platform by acquiring new business users, building strong relationships, and increasing transactions.
• This role is ideal for a dynamic and results-driven professional with experience in sales, business development, and customer engagement.

Responsibilities

• Identify and onboard businesses that need delivery services.
• Pitch PicckR’s value to potential users and close deals.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with business customers.
• Work with the marketing team to drive engagement and increase platform usage.
• Gather customer feedback to improve PicckR’s services.

Requirements

• Experience: 2+ years in sales, business development, or customer acquisition.
• Sales Skills: Strong ability to pitch, negotiate, and close deals.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written skills.
• Customer Focus: Ability to build trust and long-term relationships.
• Industry Knowledge: Experience in logistics, e-commerce, or fintech is a plus.
