About the Program
- Our training and internship program on the fundamental principles of business development is designed for individuals looking to gain a solid foundation in business development, sales, and strategic growth.
- This program offers a combination of structured training on the fundamentals of business development and hands-on experience in real business environments.
- Participants will learn to identify market opportunities, build customer relationships, create sales strategies, and drive business growth, followed by an internship where they can apply their skills directly in a business development role.
Key Responsibilities
During the training phase, participants will:
- Learn the fundamentals of business development, including market research, customer acquisition, and relationship building.
- Understand key sales strategies and techniques, including lead generation, sales presentations, negotiation, and closing deals.
- Gain insight into the process of identifying and analyzing new market opportunities, including trends, competition, and customer needs.
- Explore methods for developing and maintaining long-term relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Understand business strategies regarding scalability, growth, and market presence expansion.
- Discover CRM (Customer Relationship Management) tools and sales tracking systems to manage leads and performance.
- Learn the principles of strategic partnerships, alliances, and networking to establish and strengthen business relationships.
During the internship phase, participants will:
- Participate in conducting market research to identify potential business opportunities and target clients.
- Support the development and execution of sales strategies and outreach campaigns.
- Work on lead generation and qualification, assisting senior team members in client outreach and sales presentations.
- Attend meetings with potential clients and partners, helping to prepare presentation materials and deliver presentations.
- Assist in negotiating contracts, closing deals, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Help maintain and update CRM systems with data on leads, clients, and opportunities.
- Contribute to business proposals, client communications, and marketing efforts aimed at driving growth.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, operations, etc.) to align business development goals with organizational objectives.
Requirements
- Currently enrolled or recently graduated from a Degree program in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or a related field.
- Strong interest in sales, business development, and growth strategies.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Knowledge of CRM tools or sales software (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) is a plus.
- Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
