  • This program offers a combination of structured training on the fundamentals of business development and hands-on experience in real business environments.
  • Participants will learn to identify market opportunities, build customer relationships, create sales strategies, and drive business growth, followed by an internship where they can apply their skills directly in a business development role.

Key Responsibilities
During the training phase, participants will:

  • Learn the fundamentals of business development, including market research, customer acquisition, and relationship building.
  • Understand key sales strategies and techniques, including lead generation, sales presentations, negotiation, and closing deals.
  • Gain insight into the process of identifying and analyzing new market opportunities, including trends, competition, and customer needs.
  • Explore methods for developing and maintaining long-term relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Understand business strategies regarding scalability, growth, and market presence expansion.
  • Discover CRM (Customer Relationship Management) tools and sales tracking systems to manage leads and performance.

During the internship phase, participants will:

Requirements

  • Currently enrolled or recently graduated from a degree program in business administration, marketing, economics, or a related field.
  • Strong interest in sales, business development, and growth strategies.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Knowledge of CRM tools or sales software (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) is a plus.
  • Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
