Job Scope
- The Business Development Executive is responsible for supporting the business development team in identifying new opportunities, building client relationships, and driving revenue growth.
- This role is ideal for candidates with 1-2 years of experience, especially from a banking or financial services background, who are eager to expand their careers in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Identify and research potential clients and business opportunities.
- Assist in conducting market research to analyze industry trends.
- Support the development and maintenance of client relationships.
- Participate in meetings and follow up on client inquiries.
- Assist in preparing proposals, presentations, and sales pitches.
- Coordinate meetings and organize sales documentation.
- Update and manage client information in the CRM system.
- Monitor industry developments and share relevant insights.
- Represent the company at networking and promotional events.
- Perform other tasks as assigned by the Business Development Lead.
Required Experience and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in business development, sales, or customer relationship roles, preferably within the banking or financial services sector.
Desired Skills:
- Communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
- Foundational knowledge of sales, marketing, and business development principles.
- Self-driven, proactive, and capable of working both independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with keen attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and a basic understanding of CRM tools and data entry processes.
