Job Summar

  • We are seeking a results-driven Business Development Executive for our client in Lekki, Lagos.
  • The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and capitalizing on new business opportunities, acquiring clients, driving revenue growth, and managing strategic partnerships to expand the company’s market presence.
  • This role requires a highly motivated professional with a strong background in real estate sales, client acquisition, and business development.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and inbound leads.
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to attract and acquire new clients.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at prospective client companies.
  • Conduct market research to analyze industry trends, potential markets, and the competitive landscape.
  • Collaborate with the business development team to drive company growth initiatives.
  • Achieve sales targets by developing strong, long-term client relationships.
  • Proactively cross-sell and up-sell real estate services to maximize revenue.
  • Recruit realtors daily to expand the company’s salesforce.
  • Onboard and manage real estate marketing agencies on a monthly basis.
  • Conduct weekly and monthly training for recruited realtors to enhance their sales skills.
  • Drive revenue growth both directly and through the performance of recruited realtors.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Sales, or a related field.
  • 3-4 years of experience in the real estate industry (mandatory).
  • Strong understanding of real estate products, sales processes, and market trends.
  • Proven track record in business development, client acquisition, and revenue growth.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.

Salary

  • N300,000 Monthly.
