Title: Business Development Lead
Location: Abuja (FCT)

Responsibilities
In this role, your responsibilities include:
- Expanding and cultivating the customer base in Africa while strengthening existing relationships.
- Crafting long-term strategies and short-term plans to achieve revenue targets.
- Overseeing a team of Sales Representatives in Africa.
- Initiating outbound marketing campaigns to generate leads.
- Creating client proposals and coordinating quarterly business reviews.
- Engaging in high-level discussions with C-Level Executives.
- Mastering our product and solutions portfolio and effectively showcasing their value.
- Presenting proposals to clients with precision.
- Driving revenue growth and pipeline development in Strategic and Enterprise accounts.
- Collaborating strategically with management to deliver forecasts, identify trends, opportunities, challenges, and offer solutions.
Requirements:
- A Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 2-3 years of successful sales experience.
- Proven track record of consistently surpassing sales quotas.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- High self-motivation.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho CRM).
