Ascentech Services Limited – Our client, a financial institution, is looking for qualified applicants to fill the following positions:

Title: Business Development Lead

Location: Abuja (FCT)

Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

In this role, your responsibilities include:

  • Expanding and cultivating the customer base in Africa while strengthening existing relationships.
  • Crafting long-term strategies and short-term plans to achieve revenue targets.
  • Overseeing a team of Sales Representatives in Africa.
  • Initiating outbound marketing campaigns to generate leads.
  • Creating client proposals and coordinating quarterly business reviews.
  • Engaging in high-level discussions with C-Level Executives.
  • Mastering our product and solutions portfolio and effectively showcasing their value.
  • Presenting proposals to clients with precision.
  • Driving revenue growth and pipeline development in Strategic and Enterprise accounts.
  • Collaborating strategically with management to deliver forecasts, identify trends, opportunities, challenges, and offer solutions.

Requirements:

  • A Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 2-3 years of successful sales experience.
  • Proven track record of consistently surpassing sales quotas.
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
  • High self-motivation.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho CRM).
