Key Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough market research to identify emerging trends, potential clients, and competitive landscapes within the Oil and Gas sector.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to expand the company’s presence in the Oil and Gas market, including setting revenue targets and growth objectives.
- Generate and nurture leads through networking, industry events, and other channels to identify potential business opportunities.
- Oversee the end-to-end bid and tender process, including bid strategy development, document preparation, risk assessment, and submission to secure contracts.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders, understanding their needs and ensuring exceptional client satisfaction.
- Lead cross-functional teams in the creation of high-quality, competitive, and compliant bid proposals.
- Negotiate contract terms, pricing, and agreements with clients while ensuring alignment with company goals and policies.
- Effectively manage multiple projects, deadlines, and budgets to ensure the successful execution of business development initiatives.
- Analyze project budgets and financial data to make informed decisions and ensure profitability.
- Identify potential risks associated with business development efforts and implement strategies to mitigate them.
Qualifications / Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Social Sciences, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Minimum of [6] years of experience in business development and bid & tender management within the Oil and Gas industry.
- Proven track record of securing contracts and driving revenue growth.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and industry-specific software.
- Knowledge of relevant industry standards and regulations.
