Job Description

Key Responsibilities
- Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities and strategic partnerships.
- Develop and execute result-driven business development strategies.
- Lead contract negotiations and close high-value deals.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform proactive strategies.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Sales, Product, and Executive teams.
- Prepare detailed reports, forecasts, and presentations for the team and clients.
Qualifications
- Must be a First-Class Graduate from a reputable and recognized university in Nigeria or foreign University.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, Engineering, or a related field is required.
- Master’s or other relevant degree is a strong plus — we value advanced insight and expertise.
- Professional certifications in business strategy, sales, or project management are a plus.
- COREN certification is an added advantage
- Engineering experience is an added advantage, especially if you’ve worked in tech, infrastructure, energy, or manufacturing sectors.
Other Requirements:
- Proven working experience as a business development manager, sales executive or a relevant role
- 5+ years of proven success in business development, sales, or strategic partnerships.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software (e.g Salesforce, Zoho)
- Self-starter mindset with a results-driven approach to growth.
- Strong analytical and organization skills with attention to detail
- Comfortable navigating both corporate and startup environments.
