Job Brief
- We require the service of an ambitious and energetic Business Development Officer to help us expand our clientele. The successful candidate will have the dedication to create and apply an effective sales strategy.
- The goal is to drive sustainable financial growth through forging strong relationships with clients.
Basic Requirements and Skills
- 1-2 years of experience in business development, sales or related field.
- Ability to pitch ideas, do follow-ups, make presentations and process loan applications.
- Microfinance bank experience is an advantage.
- Strong negotiation skills.
- Strong communication skills
- Must be Tech savvy
- Gender: Male for gender balance
