Job Title: Business Relationship Officer, Pay Attitude
Location: Lagos
Job Objective(s)
- To develop a strong relationship with all relevant stakeholders in order to achieve all set business objectives for Payattitude.
Duties & Responsibilities
- To achieve company revenue goals by deepening existing relationships in assigned portfolio of merchants and acquire new business
- Responsible for addition of new Acquiring bank/Partner (ATM/WEB)
- Responsible for POS deployment and Monitoring particularly for ‘’A’’ rated Merchant
- Visit Merchants to confirm the deployment of POS and relevant decals
- Check Banks ATMs at Random to ascertain service condition
- Monitor stock level and ensure replenishment of stocks as at when due
- Monitoring of Project stages, development, UAT and delivery on all acceptance related projects (ATM, POS & WEB)
- Ensure proper testing after roll out
- Maintain merchants’ relationships to ensure continual growth and sales targets.
- Responsible for ensuring Visibility in Merchant locations.
Job Requirements
- First Degree in Business, Marketing, Social Science or other related courses.
- Professional Qualifications and/or MBA will be added advantage
- Experience: 2 – 5 years post NYSC experience (Entry Level).
Key Competency Requirements
Knowledge:
- Good knowledge of marketing
- Good knowledge of proposal drafting and presentation
- Knowledge of product development cycle.
Skill / Competencies:
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Excellent written/oral communication skills
- Strong analytical skills
- Organizational skills Confident negotiator and ability to close the right type of business deals at the highest level.
