The Role

  • This role is positively challenging and will provide growth to the prospective role holder.
  • The ideal candidate for this role is a results-oriented professional with a proven track record of driving business growth through identifying and capitalizing on new opportunities, building and nurturing key client relationships, and effectively representing the company’s services in the fintech space.
  • This role demands a strategic thinker with exceptional sales acumen, persuasive communication skills, and a deep understanding of the fintech market to consistently achieve revenue targets, expand market share, and foster long-term business partnerships.

Job Responsibilities
These include but are not limited to:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, targeting key players in the fintech space.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, ensuring long-term partnerships.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align business strategies with customer needs.
  • Lead negotiations and close deals with clients, ensuring profitability and alignment with company goals.
  • Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and emerging fintech technologies.
  • Develop and deliver presentations, proposals, and reports to senior management and clients.
  • Provide feedback from clients to improve product offerings and customer experience.
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.
  • Monitor and report key sales metrics, such as revenue growth, client acquisition, and retention.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years experience in business development, sales, or account management, with a focus on fintech or technology-driven solutions.
  • Proven track record of closing high-value deals and managing complex client relationships.
  • Strong understanding of the fintech landscape and the ability to leverage market insights to drive business decisions.
  • Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Outstanding leadership, communication, and collaboration skills to drive team success.
