Job Summary
- We are seeking a qualified and experienced Business Studies Teacher to join our team! As a Business Studies Teacher, you will be tasked with ensuring that students understand the principles of business, management, and economics, and inspiring them to achieve their full potential.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver well-structured, engaging lessons tailored to students’ abilities.
- Create a stimulating classroom environment that fosters learning.
- Inspire students to reach their full potential in Business Studies.
- Collaborate with the Head of Department and Learning Support for students with special needs.
- Promote high standards of behavior and organization in the classroom.
- Set and assess homework according to school policy.
- Provide constructive feedback to students and communicate progress to parents.
- Maintain accurate records of student performance.
- Liaise with the Head of Department and Learning Support for students with special needs
- Use interactive teaching methods, including Smart Boards and digital tools.
Qualifications & Skills
- Degree in Business Administration, Education, or a related field.
- Experience teaching Business Studies.
- Strong communication & classroom management skills.
- Passionate about education and student development.
- Experience working with young children in a classroom setting
- Ability to communicate with young children
- Patient, compassionate attitude, and a friendly disposition
- Good mediation and nurturing abilities
- Familiarity with Microsoft Word, Excel, and 21st-century teaching tools.
- TRCN certification required.
