Job Description
- Are you an experienced Call Center Agent with a passion for customer service? Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment and have a knack for multitasking?
- DNP Group, a trusted pest control company, is looking to expand our team with a dedicated and motivated Call Center Agent.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries in a friendly and professional manner.
- Schedule appointments and dispatch technicians efficiently.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records in our CRM system.
- Assist with follow-up calls and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Provide information on our pest control services, ensuring the customer understands our offerings.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience: At least 1 year of previous call center experience, preferably in a customer service or sales role.
- Skills: Proficiency with computers and CRM tools, with the ability to learn new systems quickly.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Availability: Able to start immediately and ready to hit the ground running.
- Attitude: Strong willingness to learn, adapt, and grow within the company.
