Job Summary
- We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Hausa-speaking Contact Center Agent (CCA) to provide excellent service by handling customer inquiries and addressing concerns effectively in Hausa and English.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage inbound and outbound calls, emails, and chats.
- Respond to customer inquiries in Hausa and English, providing clear and accurate information.
- Resolve customer issues and escalate unresolved matters appropriately.
- Accurately log all customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Achieve set targets for quality, response time, and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- B.Sc degree (Second Class Lower – 2:2 only).
- Maximum age: 28 years.
- Must have completed NYSC with a valid certificate.
- Excellent communication skills in Hausa and English.
- Good interpersonal and conflict resolution skills.
- Basic computer skills and ability to use CRM systems.
- Ability to work in a high-pressure, team-based environment.
Salary
- N110,000 / Month.
