Job Description
- We are seeking a friendly, efficient, and customer-oriented Call Center Agent to join our team.
- In this role, you will handle inbound and outbound customer communications, provide exceptional service, and assist customers with their orders, inquiries, and feedback related to our Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) brand.
Responsibilities
- Respond to incoming calls and inquiries from customers in a professional and courteous manner.
- Take and process customer orders accurately and efficiently.
- Provide information about menu items, promotions, and restaurant policies.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints promptly, escalating complex cases to supervisors when necessary.
- Follow-up on orders and customer feedback to ensure satisfaction.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve departmental goals and improve overall service quality.
- Adhere to company policies, procedures, and quality standards.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional coursework or experience in customer service is a plus.
- Proven experience in call center, customer service, or food service industry preferred.
- Excellent communication and active listening skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a positive attitude.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with CRM or order management systems.
