Job Title: Call Centre Representative
Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Job Summary
- The Call Centre Representative will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, providing information about products/services, and ensuring excellent customer satisfaction to drive sales and Marketing team productivity.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer incoming customer calls promptly and professionally.
- Make outbound calls for follow-ups, feedback, or sales.
- Resolve customer complaints and provide accurate information.
- Record call details and maintain call logs or Customers Relationship Management)CRM entries.
- Meet personal/team targets for call handling and quality.
- Escalate unresolved issues to appropriate departments/officers.
- Follow communication scripts and company procedures.
- Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers.
- Adhere to shift schedules, break times, and daily workflows.
- Any other duties assigned by Management.
Qualifications
- Minimum of SSCE / OND (HND or BSc is a plus)
- 4 – 6 years experience in a customer service or call centre role preferred
- Training in customer relations is an advantage.
Key Skills & Competencies:
- Excellent communication and listening skills.
- Good command of English (and local languages if required).
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
- Patience and emotional intelligence.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Familiarity with CRM or call centre software (e.g., Zendesk, Freshdesk, Zoho).
- Basic computer literacy (MS Office, typing).
Salary
- N150,000 – N300,000 / Month.
