1). Remote Inspector
Location: Lagos

Job Description
Who are remote inspectors?
- These are Cars45 entry-level inspectors, who find sellers and inspect their cars to be sold through Cars45 platform in return are paid a robust commission on each inspection and even more on successful transactions.
What will you be Doing as a remote Inspector?
- Find private sellers (not dealers) who are selling their cars
- Build a network of people who are constantly talking to car sellers to get more leads
- Assist in negotiations with car sellers
- Be the interface between the clients and Cars45
- You will work daily on the Market to find car sellers, inspect their cars and assist in the selling process
- Your Main target is to find car sellers to make them sell their cars with Cars45
- You will be Responsible for the major part of the sales process, from prospecting, car inspection to price negotiation and continuous follow up
- Ensuring you Meet and exceed individual weekly and monthly sales targets
Required Qualifications / Candidate Requirements
- OND / Bachelor’s Degree
- Outstanding sales skills with proven ability to convert prospects into paying clients
- Sales / Marketing Experience is an added Advantage
- Must live in Lagos
- The mechanical background is a plus.

2). Vice President of Commercial Operations

Job Description
- We are seeking an experienced VP of Commercial Operations to lead our online marketplace for used cars. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the online marketplace for the used cars industry, as well as experience managing a team of professionals in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- You will have an interesting role of leading the retail operations strategy of our business along with the roll out of new center openings. You will develop and execute strategies that will help to provide best-in-class services to strengthen our sales efforts and maximize profitable volume growth through sales and retail operations.
- You will provide the essential link between the retail centers and the head office on many aspects. Regular center visits would be expected to fully understand the retail operations of the business and what improvements can be made, along with the center operations functions to drive center efficiencies across the business.Occasional local and international travel may be required.
- You will have complete autonomy and execute at a high level. You will have the opportunity to work with a dynamic and international team who are ready to support you.
Responsibilities
The following are some of the exciting projects you will be working on and responsible for:
- Develop and execute commercial strategies that align with the company’s overall goals and objectives in the online marketplace for the used cars industry.
- Manage all sales and marketing activities, including market research, product development, advertising, and promotions specific to the online marketplace for used cars.
- Oversee customer service operations to ensure that customers receive high-quality service and support in the online marketplace for used cars.
- Analyze market trends and competitive activity in the online marketplace for used cars industry to identify opportunities for growth and expansion.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in the online marketplace for the used cars industry, including customers, suppliers, and industry partners.
- Lead and manage a team of professionals in the online marketplace for used cars context, providing guidance, support, and coaching to ensure that team members meet or exceed their goals and objectives.
- Monitor and report on key performance metrics specific to the online marketplace for used cars, including sales revenue, profitability, and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with other executives and department heads to ensure that commercial operations in the online marketplace for used cars are integrated with other aspects of the business.
- Responsible for implementation of the roadmap for retail, in particular new product development in the centers;
- Work closely with stakeholders and cross functional teams across retail and online to develop requirements aligned to the strategy, overseeing product strategy, working closely with dev teams and ensuring business readiness;
- Review and identify retail operational improvements and come up with a hands-on strategy to improve operations, ensure the improvements lead to sales and operational efficiencies and are fit for purpose across all Cars45 business whilst ensuring they comply and meet statutory requirements, ensuring minimum risk to staff and the business;
- Take a lead role in building a strong retail operations team; spending time supporting the Commercial Operations & Retail & Storage team;
- Ensure the team meets predetermined KPIs as well as assigned sales targets;
- Work with the Purchasing and the Sales teams to ensure sales processes are continuously evaluated and improved to drive optimal efficiency;
Requirements
We believe that you will succeed better if you possess the following:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- At least 10 years of experience in commercial operations specific to the online marketplace for used cars industry, with a proven track record of success.
- Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a team of professionals in the online marketplace for used cars context.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in the online marketplace for the used cars industry.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to analyze market trends and identify opportunities for growth and expansion in the online marketplace for the used cars industry.
- Results-driven, with a strong focus on achieving measurable outcomes in the online marketplace for used cars context.
- Experience working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment in the online marketplace for the used cars industry.

3). Lead Sourcing Agent
Location: Ilupeju, Lagos

Job Summary
- Under the supervision and guidance of the Senior Manager, Contact Center and Customer Experience, you will be responsible for generating bookings from the prospective leads made available by the business and ensuring that all prospective sellers are offered the desired services.
- You will assist in guiding the sellers about how to sell their cars and offer alternatives where preferred options are not available. Provide useful information regarding the cars. Be ready to help customers make a good decision.
- Your role is to ensure that the prospects have all necessary information and contact details to make a successful sale.
Responsibilities
- Answer questions about products and services offered by the company.
- Cold calling and prospecting new customers
- Ensure adequate information is provided to prospective customers.
- Ask questions to understand customer requirements in order to create a booking.
- Direct prospects (or existing customers) to the appropriate center for the sale of their cars.
- Enter and update customer information in the database.
- Appropriate handling of angry customers to preserve the company’s reputation.
- Go the “extra mile” to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales.
- Keep records of calls and bookings while noting all useful information.
- Following up, tracking and directing customers.
- Any other role as assigned by the supervisor.
Requirements
- First Degree or equivalent in a relevant discipline.
- 1-3 years of experience in Telemarketing/Telesales
- Knowledge of the automobile products
- Experience in sales and knowledge of consumer behaviors
- Must have keen attention to detail, high level of integrity and logically sound
- Ability to convince others and explain information in clear terms
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical thinking
- Proficient in the use of microsoft office package
- Professional Certification in Telemarketing is an advantage.
