Job Title: Cash Sales Executive

Location: Abuja (FCT)

Job Summary

  • The Cash Sales Executive (CSE) will manage all cash transactions at the CourierPlus Express Centres, ensuring the accurate collection, processing, and documentation of payments.
  • The CSE will also engage customers, providing excellent service, and promoting CourierPlus products and services to increase sales.

Key responsibilities

  • Cash Handling: Receive and accurately process all cash payments for services rendered.
  • Sales Management: Promote CourierPlus services to walk-in customers and upsell additional services.
  • Customer Service: Address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide information on shipping services.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate records of all transactions, including receipts, daily cash reconciliations, and reports.
  • Compliance: Ensure adherence to company policies, especially around financial transactions and data protection.
  • Inventory: Monitor and report on Express Centre stock levels (e.g., packaging materials).
  • Reporting: Provide daily, weekly, and monthly reports on cash collections and sales to the Express Centre Manager.

Requirements

  • Minimum of an SSCE or OND in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience in cash handling, sales, or customer service is an advantage, but fresh graduates with the requisite skills will be considered.
