Job Description:

As a Customer Service Associate, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Warmly welcoming customers, addressing their inquiries, assisting them in locating items, and offering advice or recommendations as needed.
• Operating various equipment, such as scanners, scales, cash registers, and other electronic devices.
• Ensuring the accuracy of prices and quantities, balancing the cash register, and generating reports for both credit and debit sales.
• Efficiently handling payments and providing receipts to all customers.
• Managing refund and exchange processes and effectively resolving customer complaints.
• Maintaining a clean and organized workspace to create a pleasant shopping environment.

Requirements:

• Candidates should hold an HND qualification.
• Possess 2 to 5 years of work experience in a similar role.

Salary:

• N50,000 – N70,000 per month.
