Title: Cashier/Customer Service Officer
Location: Opebi, Lekki, Ojodu Berger, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Responsibilities
- Issue receipts, and refunds.
- Attend to customer needs
- Cross-sell products and introduce new ones.
- Resolve customer complaints, guide them and provide relevant information.
- Track transactions on balance sheets and report any discrepancies.
Job Requirements
- Interested candidates should possess an SSCE, OND, HND, or B.Sc Degree with 1 – 2 years work experience.
- Work experience as a Retail Cashier or in a similar role in sales would be an added advantage.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Familiarities with electronic equipment, like cash registers and POS.
- Good accounting skills.
- Strong communication and time management skills.
- Customer satisfaction-oriented.
