Job Description
- We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Channel Development Manager to lead our channel sales strategy and drive business growth.
- As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing channel sales strategies, building strong relationships with partners, and identifying new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute channel sales strategies to drive business growth and revenue targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential channel partners
- Identify new business opportunities and develop plans to onboard new partners
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and support for channel partners
- Analyze sales data and market trends to optimize channel performance
- Provide training and support to channel partners to enhance their sales capabilities.
Requirements
- Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree or HND qualification with 2-5 years experience.
- Proven experience in channel sales management, preferably in the telecoms industry
- Strong understanding of channel sales strategies and best practices
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with partners
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
