Job Title: Chief of Staff

Location: Lagos

Job Summary

  • The Chief of Staff is a senior-level professional responsible for providing strategic support to the Managing partner.
  • This role will oversee business development, maintain financial records, attend meetings and take minutes, and ensure the smooth operation of the executive office.

Key Responsibilities
Business Development:

  • Support business development strategies aimed to drive growth and revenue.
  • Identify new business opportunities and build relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with teams to develop and execute business plans.

Financial Record-Keeping:

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and reporting requirements.
  • Provide financial analysis and insights to support business decisions.

Meeting Support:

  • Attend meetings and take minutes.
  • Ensure accurate and timely distribution of meeting minutes.
  • Follow up on action items and ensure implementation.

Executive Support:

  • Provide strategic support to the Managing Partner.
  • Manage the executive’s schedule, correspondence, and communications.
  • Ensure seamless day-to-day operations of the executive office.

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement office policies and procedures.
  • Manage projects and initiatives to drive organizational efficiency.
  • Foster a culture of collaboration and innovation.

Requirements
Education:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
  • MBA or relevant advanced degree will be a added advantage.

Experience:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in business development, finance, or executive support.
  • Proven track record of success in driving business growth and development.

Skills:

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
