Job Title: Chief of Staff
Location: Lagos
Job Summary
- The Chief of Staff is a senior-level professional responsible for providing strategic support to the Managing partner.
- This role will oversee business development, maintain financial records, attend meetings and take minutes, and ensure the smooth operation of the executive office.
Key Responsibilities
Business Development:
- Support business development strategies aimed to drive growth and revenue.
- Identify new business opportunities and build relationships with key stakeholders.
- Collaborate with teams to develop and execute business plans.
Financial Record-Keeping:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and reporting requirements.
- Provide financial analysis and insights to support business decisions.
Meeting Support:
- Attend meetings and take minutes.
- Ensure accurate and timely distribution of meeting minutes.
- Follow up on action items and ensure implementation.
Executive Support:
- Provide strategic support to the Managing Partner.
- Manage the executive’s schedule, correspondence, and communications.
- Ensure seamless day-to-day operations of the executive office.
Additional Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement office policies and procedures.
- Manage projects and initiatives to drive organizational efficiency.
- Foster a culture of collaboration and innovation.
Requirements
Education:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
- MBA or relevant advanced degree will be a added advantage.
Experience:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in business development, finance, or executive support.
- Proven track record of success in driving business growth and development.
Skills:
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
