Job Overview

  • We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team.
  • This role is vital in supporting the day-to-day operations of our client in the religious organization (Church)
  • As an Administrative Assistant, you will manage office tasks, manage the facility, communicate with staff and visitors, and help streamline workflow for executives and other team members.

Key Responsibilities
Administrative Support:

  • Provide general administrative support to executives and other team members as needed.
  • Maintain and organize schedules, appointments, and meetings.
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents.
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and mail, and direct them to appropriate parties.
  • Maintain filing systems, both electronic and physical.
  • Manage the facility.

Office Management:

  • Ensure office supplies are stocked and organized.
  • Coordinate with vendors for office maintenance and supplies.
  • Maintain office equipment and handle minor troubleshooting when necessary.

Communication & Coordination:

  • Serve as the first point of contact for internal and external inquiries.
  • Coordinate and schedule meetings, conferences, and travel arrangements.
  • Assist in organizing company events, team-building activities, or client meetings.

Project Support:

  • Assist in various special projects or initiatives as required.
  • Help with research and gathering information for upcoming projects or presentations.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 1+ years of experience in an administrative or office support role.
  • Strong proficiency with office software (Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, etc.).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Professional attitude and ability to maintain confidentiality.
