Job Description

  • This role is responsible for promptly addressing administrative requirements within the specified SLA parameters in a processing environment. It involves providing administrative support, primarily focusing on standard processes and some product or process-specific knowledge.

Responsibilities

  • Follow standardized processes to provide administrative support aligned with normal business operations.
  • Meet daily production standards and adhere to service and quality standards.
  • Offer indirect service to customers and intermediaries by responding to immediate requirements following established procedures.
  • Utilize standard administrative techniques to coordinate tasks effectively.
  • Possess basic knowledge of different product areas, with a focus on maintaining consistent basic skills.

Key Result Areas

Documentation Processing:

  • Respond promptly to administrative requirements within established procedures.
  • Follow standardized processes for administrative support in line with regular business operations.
  • Achieve daily production standards.
  • Utilize standard administrative techniques for task coordination.

Personal Effectiveness:

  • Take accountability for service delivery through individual efforts.
  • Manage own time, tasks, and output quality for periods ranging from one day to a maximum of three months.
  • Make increased contributions by enhancing individual skills.

Quality Assurance:

  • Perform quality checks on own work.
  • Adhere to service and quality standards.

Qualifications and Experience

  • A First Degree or its equivalent.
  • 3 years of experience in a similar position.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong interpersonal and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office packages, especially MS Word, MS Excel, and Outlook.
