Job Duties
- Welcoming visitors to the office
- Taking and delivering messages
- Ensuring the office space is clean
- Scheduling meetings and sending meeting invites to attendees
- Ensuring guests are comfortable and are connected with the right office personnel
- Monitoring and ordering inventory for the office
Requirements
The successful candidate should possess the following qualities:
- Candidates should possess an SSCE certificate
- Minimum of one year of work experience
- Must be a female
- Resides in Wuse 2 and its environs
- Good communication skills and should be able to express herself.
