Job Summary
- We are seeking a Client Account Manager to oversee client relationships, ensure satisfaction, and maximize the value derived from our solutions.
- This role involves managing accounts, driving client success, and identifying opportunities for growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Manage client onboarding and provide training on our solutions.
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver exceptional client experiences.
- Monitor and resolve client concerns proactively.
Qualifications
- At least 2 years of account management experience, preferably in legal tech or related industries.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple accounts and projects effectively.
- Strong understanding of the legal industry and its technology requirements.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and Microsoft office tools.
