Job Description
- The Client Acquisition Lead will be responsible for driving business growth by identifying, engaging, and converting high-potential prospects into long-term strategic clients.
- The role requires a commercially minded individual who can lead a team, manage complex sales cycles, and work across departments to align client acquisition strategies with company goals.
Responsibilities
- Lead the development and execution of strategies to identify and secure new clients.
- Manage and mentor the Client Acquisition Associates and other junior team members.
- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline across sectors relevant to the company’s service offerings.
- Conduct market research to understand target industries, client needs, and competitive positioning.
- Collaborate with the Strategy and Agency Operations teams to create customized pitches and proposals.
- Maintain a clear reporting system to track leads, conversion rates, and acquisition performance.
- Represent the company at networking events, pitches, and business meetings.
- Prepare regular reports and updates for the Chief Commercial Officer.
- Maintain a strong understanding of the company’s value proposition and actively communicate it to prospects.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in business development, sales, or client acquisition.
- Experience in the media, consulting, branding, or marketing industry is highly preferred.
- Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding acquisition targets.
- Strong presentation and pitch development skills.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and modern sales techniques.
- Ability to lead a team while also closing high-value deals directly.
