Title: Client Acquisition Specialist

Location: Ajah, Lagos

Job Description

  • As a Client Acquisition Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in our growth by identifying and acquiring new clients.
  • You will collaborate with our Sales and Client Engagement Department to understand potential clients’ needs, present our innovative shelter solutions, and secure new business relationships.


  • Identify and target potential corporate clients, real estate developers, architects, individual homeowners, and other relevant segments.
  • Develop and implement effective client acquisition strategies and campaigns.
  • Collaborate with the Sales and Client Engagement Department to understand client needs and goals.
  • Present and articulate the value of Everything Shelter Limited’s services and solutions.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling project proposals and contracts.
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of potential clients.
  • Track and report on client acquisition metrics and progress.
  • Collaborate with our Marketing and Public Relations Manager to enhance our client acquisition efforts.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and market opportunities.
  • Leverage feedback from clients to continuously improve our client acquisition strategies.


  • Bachelor’s Degree in a related field is a plus.
  • Proven experience in client acquisition, business development, or sales.
  • Strong understanding of the construction and design industry.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain client relationships.
  • Self-motivated and results-driven.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed acquisition targets.
  • Familiarity with industry trends and market dynamics.

Payment Method

  • This is a Base Salary + Commission position, offering a competitive base salary along with commission-based incentives to reward your successful acquisition efforts.
