Job Title: Client Engagement and CRM Manager

Location: Ibeju Lekki, Lagos

Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

  • To timely collate, analyze and manage customer data.
  • Make entry of all leads into the CRM to determine the leads status on the leads-prospects-client continuum.
  • Establish and nurture long-term, mutually beneficial relationships with clients.
  • Using CRM systems to manage relationships and update status for the organization.
  • Create and execute retention campaigns for the leads.
  • Manage the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring a smooth and positive experience.
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, customer service and operations teams to improve the customer experience.
  • Interact with the customers and take their feedback regularly.
  • Document all the necessary details about the ongoing marketing campaigns and their effectiveness.
  • Execute customer engagement business analysis.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field is required.
  • Minimum of 5 years experience in customer service, sales and account management.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are crucial for building and maintaining client relationships.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address client issues and find solutions.
  • A customer-oriented mindset and the ability to understand client needs.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is often a requirement.
  • The ability to analyze data and market trends to identify business opportunities is also important.

Salary

  • N150,000 monthly.
