Job Title: Client Relations Assistant

Location: Abuja (FCT)

Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description

  • The Client Relations Assistant will support the organization’s efforts to maintain excellent relationships with clients.
  • This role is responsible for managing client inquiries, ensuring timely communication, coordinating appointments, maintaining accurate client records, and providing administrative support to enhance overall client satisfaction and loyalty.

Key Responsibilities
Client Engagement & Support:

  • Serve as the first point of contact for client inquiries via phone, email, or in-person.
  • Assist in onboarding new clients and ensuring a smooth transition into services.
  • Schedule and confirm client appointments, meetings, or property viewings
  • Follow up on client requests and ensure timely resolution of concerns or issues.

Administrative Support:

  • Maintain and update client databases, CRM systems, and records.
  • Assist in preparing client proposals, contracts, and reports.
  • Organize and maintain client files, both digitally and physically.
  • Prepare minutes and summaries from client meetings when needed.

Client Retention & Communication:

  • Support client engagement campaigns and newsletters.
  • Gather client feedback and prepare reports for internal analysis.

Collaboration & Coordination:

  • Work closely with sales, marketing, and operations teams to ensure a unified client experience.
  • Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure client expectations are met.
  • Track client service issues and escalate when necessary to the Client Relations Manager.

Job Requirements

  • Candidates should possess Bachelor’s Degrees with 2+ years relevant work experience.

  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
  • High attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines with professionalism.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM platforms.
  • Customer-focused with a calm, courteous, and helpful demeanor.

Salary

  • N100,000 Monthly.
