Job Description
- We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Client Relations Officer to join our team.
- As a Client Relations Officer, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, ensuring their travel needs are met with professionalism and efficiency.
- You will serve as the bridge between clients and our fulfilment team, enhancing customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Responsibilities
- Provide accurate information on travel packages, visa services, flight bookings, and other offerings.
- Serve as an intermediary between clients and the fulfilment team.
- Constantly update client on their applications and service requests.
- Transform leads into successful sales by building strong client relationships and ensuring a seamless customer experience.
- Ensure smooth end-to-end handling of client requests, including follow-ups and updates.
- Resolve issues or concerns raised by clients in a timely and professional manner.
- Coordinate with customer service, visa, flight and other fulfilment teams to ensure accurate and timely service delivery.
- Keep up to date with travel trends, airline policies, and destination requirements.
- Maintain accurate client records and document all communications and transactions.
- Collect feedback from clients to improve service delivery and client experience.
- Promote new packages, offers, and seasonal campaigns to existing and potential clients.
- Track client satisfaction and identify opportunities for service improvement.
- Upsell or cross-sell services where appropriate to meet client needs.
- Prepare reports on client interactions and satisfaction trends.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mass Communication, Marketing, Hospitality and Tourism or any related field.
Requirements
- Proven customer service experience in a similar role, preferably within the travel industry.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with clients.
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused mindset.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Salary
- N150,000 monthly.
