Job Description

  • We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Client Relations Officer to join our team.
  • As a Client Relations Officer, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, ensuring their travel needs are met with professionalism and efficiency.
  • You will serve as the bridge between clients and our fulfilment team, enhancing customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate information on travel packages, visa services, flight bookings, and other offerings.
  • Serve as an intermediary between clients and the fulfilment team.
  • Constantly update client on their applications and service requests.
  • Transform leads into successful sales by building strong client relationships and ensuring a seamless customer experience.
  • Ensure smooth end-to-end handling of client requests, including follow-ups and updates.
  • Resolve issues or concerns raised by clients in a timely and professional manner.
  • Coordinate with customer service, visa, flight and other fulfilment teams to ensure accurate and timely service delivery.
  • Keep up to date with travel trends, airline policies, and destination requirements.
  • Maintain accurate client records and document all communications and transactions.
  • Collect feedback from clients to improve service delivery and client experience.
  • Promote new packages, offers, and seasonal campaigns to existing and potential clients.
  • Track client satisfaction and identify opportunities for service improvement.
  • Upsell or cross-sell services where appropriate to meet client needs.
  • Prepare reports on client interactions and satisfaction trends.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Mass Communication, Marketing, Hospitality and Tourism or any related field.

Requirements

  • Proven customer service experience in a similar role, preferably within the travel industry.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with clients.
  • Exceptional problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused mindset.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Salary

  • N150,000 monthly.
