Job Title: Client Relationship Officer
Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, customers, and partners through regular communication and engagement activities.
- Understand customer needs, preferences, and expectations to provide personalized service and support.
- Promote products and services to clients through effective sales presentations, demonstrations, and discussions.
- Identify opportunities to cross-sell or upsell products and services to existing clients.
- Respond to inquiries, complaints, and requests from clients in a timely and professional manner.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and operations, to address customer needs and resolve issues.
- Meet sales targets and performance metrics, such as revenue goals, customer satisfaction ratings, and retention rates.
- Keep updated on industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to identify opportunities and challenges.
- Maintain accurate and organized records of client interactions, transactions, and sales activities.
- Participate in training and professional development activities to enhance sales and relationship management skills.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Proven experience in sales, customer service, or relationship management.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Sales orientation and ability to meet targets.
- Customer service orientation and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to understand customer needs and preferences.
- Adaptability and flexibility in a fast-paced environment.
- Team player with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams.
- Integrity and professionalism in handling client relationships and confidential information.
- Willingness to travel as needed for client meetings and events.
