Title: Client Relationship Officer (Registrar Services)

Duties & Responsibilities
- Building long-term relationships with Client Companies
- Build a reputation as a knowledgeable and trusted advisor to Client Companies in handling shareholders’ inquiries and resolving their complaints
- Creating innovative sales plans in order to generate revenue for the company
- Create work plans to address clients’ business needs
- Act as point of contact for complaints and escalate issues as appropriate
- Work closely with branch liaison officers to increase cross-sell services and products
- Ensure both the Company and Client Companies adhere to contract terms and conditions
- Monitor competition to find new ways to retain customers
- Strategic marketing and signing onboard equity register and bond transactions
- Work closely with the IT team to ensure all technicalities involved in AGMs are in place
- Conduct / supervise dry run prior to each AGMs to ensure every necessary requirement is well taken care of.
- Authenticate Shareholders in person or by proxy(where applicable) ahead of every AGM
- Work closely with the mailing unit to ensure Annual Reports are delivered to all Shareholders prior to each AGM
- Attend meetings with client companies and ensure all agenda / strategies results into productivity
- Provide specialist advice on the interpretation and application of regulatory policies and procedures, resolving complex or contentious queries, issues and enabling others to take appropriate actions
- Schedule regular meetings with Client Companies to ensure they are satisfied with our services
- Give presentations to clients about products or services.
Key Skills and Competence
- Degree in Social Sciences from a reputable University
- 3 years and above experience in Client Relationship Management (Preferably in the Capital Market Industry).
- Strong negotiation and influencing skills
- Excellent written and oral communication abilities
- Engaging and outgoing personality
- Very organized and thorough
- Able to apply critical thinking skills to resolve difficult issues
- The ability to research and keep on top of developments in the industry
- Proficient with computer spreadsheets and Microsoft Office products
- Good Presentation Skill.
