Job Description
- We’re on the hunt for a dynamic Client Service and Strategy Manager who will serve as the strategic heartbeat and client champion within our agency.
- In this role, you’ll combine exceptional account management with sharp strategic thinking to lead projects from ideation to execution.
- You’ll partner with brands to deliver creative, insight-driven campaigns that cut through the noise and drive real engagement.
Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for key clients, building strong, trusted relationships.
- Own and manage day-to-day project deliverables, timelines, and budgets.
- Liaise with internal creative, production, and digital teams to ensure seamless campaign execution.
- Deliver regular performance updates, reports, and insights to clients.
- Proactively identify new opportunities to grow client accounts and agency revenue.
- Translate client objectives and consumer insights into actionable marketing strategies.
- Lead strategic development of pitch decks, creative briefs, and campaign frameworks.
- Monitor trends, competitor activity, and industry developments to inform planning.
- Collaborate with creative teams to ensure ideas are both inspiring and strategically sound.
- Evaluate campaign performance and provide post-activation analysis and recommendations.
Requirements
- At least 4+ years of experience in marketing or brand activation experience preferred.
- Proven experience managing client relationships and leading cross-functional teams.
- Strategic mindset with the ability to think big-picture while sweating the small stuff.
- Passionate about brand experience, creativity, and consumer engagement.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Salary
- N300,000 monthly.
