  • $132,228 – $162,372 – Licensed
  • $112,020 – $133,932 – Pre-Licensed
  • Psychologists providing in-person care in an inpatient unit will receive:
  • $152,052 – $186,720 – Licensed
  • $128,820 – $154,020 – Pre-Licensed
  • Recruitment and Retention Bonus for clinicians newly hired with CDCR/CCHCS has been restructured to provide a 1% bonus for the first 7 years, increasing by 1% year over year,
  • maxing at a 7% bonus by year 7.
