Role Overview

• We are seeking a creative Social Media Manager with experience in curating online events, managing online communities, and enhancing the social media presence of a well-known tech, fashion, or finance brand. This role is an ideal fit for individuals who have a keen eye for detail, possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, and are passionate about creating captivating social content.

Role and Responsibilities

• Strategize content development and oversee Kuda’s community calendar.
• Craft compelling social content, including videos, for our various online communities.
• Curate and host regular online events for both the Kuda team and our online community members.
• Collaborate with the Brand Manager and CX leads to monitor social interactions and sentiment.
• Utilize social media analysis tools like Meltwater to track and enhance social media performance.
• Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging trends in social media.
• Familiarize yourself with our brand tone and seamlessly incorporate it into content development.

Requirements

• Minimum of three (3) years’ experience in managing and expanding the social media presence of a well-known tech, fashion, or finance brand.
• A strong passion for creating engaging social content, along with evidence of your ability to conceptualize and launch social media initiatives.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills, as well as outstanding written and verbal communication abilities.
• Some prior experience in curating and hosting online events would be a valuable asset.
• Willingness to collaborate in an office setting at least one day a week.
