Job Summary

• We are looking for a proactive and community-driven individual to join us as a Community Fellowship and Outreach Officer (Male & Female).
• This role focuses on engaging with people, organizing outreach programs, and encouraging participation in church activities.

Key Responsibilities
Evangelism & Outreach:

• Lead and coordinate evangelism and outreach programs to strengthen community engagement.
• Develop and implement strategies to expand the church’s presence and impact.
• Organize fellowship meetings, discipleship programs, and follow-up initiatives.

Human Resources & Administration:

• Oversee recruitment, training, and management of volunteers and staff involved in outreach and church activities.
• Maintain accurate records of church programs, volunteer activities, and community engagements.
• Handle administrative tasks, including documentation, reporting, and correspondence related to church operations.
• Support general HR functions such as scheduling, conflict resolution, and member engagement.

Event Planning & Community Relations:

• Plan and coordinate special events, outreach programs, and church gatherings.
• Build and maintain relationships with local organizations, community groups, and key stakeholders.
• Work closely with church leadership to ensure smooth execution of church-wide initiatives.

Requirements

• Interested candidates should possess a BSc Degree with 0 – 2 years work experience.
• Must be resident in Aba, Abia State.
• Must be a born-again believer with a strong passion for evangelism and discipleship.
• Must not be more than 30 years old.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to mobilize and establish fellowship groups.
• A heart for serving the community and expanding God’s kingdom.

Remuneration & Benefits

• Monthly salary of N135,000.
