Job Title: Community Manager/Front Desk Personnel
Location: Lagos

Responsibilities
- Visitor Reception and Support: Provide a warm and professional welcome to parents, guests, and vendors, promptly addressing their inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise.
- Telephone Management: Respond to incoming telephone calls, record and relay messages, and direct calls to the relevant personnel in a timely and efficient manner.
- Package and Delivery Administration: Receive, sort, and distribute packages and deliveries to their intended recipients, ensuring timely and secure handling of all items.
- Event Planning and Coordination: Develop and implement comprehensive plans for school events, including parent-teacher conferences, open houses, and other community activities, ensuring seamless execution and stakeholder engagement.
- School Environment Maintenance: Oversee the upkeep and maintenance of the school’s facilities, ensuring a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for students, parents, and staff.
- Community Engagement and Outreach: Foster a sense of community and belonging among all stakeholders, including parents, students, and staff, by promoting and facilitating participation in school activities, events, and initiatives, and encouraging open communication and collaboration.”
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Education, Administration, Communications, Community Development, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an administrator, community development, and stakeholder engagement. essentially handling both roles
Skills:
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and public relations skills.
- Ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders, including parents, students, teachers, and community partners.
- Strong organizational and event planning skills, with attention to detail and ability to multitask.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
