Title: Company Secretary (Legal)
Location: Maitama, Abuja (FCT)
Employment Type: Full-time
Duties
- Compile, proofread and edit drafts of contracts, leases, licenses, policies and other legal documents.
- Maintain client files; review and prepare billing invoices and assist in administration and management of workflow
- Function as a link between executives, employees, clients, and other outside partners
- Create and maintain corporate minute books.
- Handle business matters for the Chief Executive Officer
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Law (Additional qualifications will be an added advantage)
- Proven legal experience of at least 3 years in the commercial sector
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and public speaking skills
- Analytical thinker with strong conceptual and research skills
Salary
N500,000 – N700,000 monthly.
