Job Summary
- We are looking for a highly experienced and results-driven Business Manager to oversee our bread sales, production, and quality control.
- The ideal candidate must have a strong sales and distribution network, experience in food production management, and the ability to drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Sales & Business Growth: Utilize existing sales networks to expand Bread distribution across Lagos.
- Production Oversight: Ensure smooth production processes while maintaining high-quality standards.
- Quality Control: Monitor and enforce strict quality assurance measures.
- Market Expansion: Develop and implement strategies to increase market share.
- Team Management: Lead and supervise the production and sales teams.
- Operational Efficiency: Ensure cost-effective management of raw materials and logistics.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in bread sales, distribution, and production management.
- Strong existing business and sales network in the FMCG or bakery sector.
- Proven ability to grow sales volume and expand distribution.
- Hands-on experience in quality control and production supervision.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
