Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain schedules, appointments, and other arrangements.
- Handle and prioritize all outgoing or incoming correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages, etc.).
- Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations.
- Organize and maintain confidential files and records.
- Conduct research and compile data for reports and presentations.
- Assist with meeting preparations, including taking minutes and distributing follow-up materials.
- Screen and direct phone calls and distribute correspondence.
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders on behalf of Executives.
- Perform general office duties, such as managing office equipment.
- Handle sensitive information with the highest level of confidentiality and discretion.
- Perform other related duties as may be assigned.
Requirements
- A relevant first degree (BSc/HND) in Office Management & Technology, Secretarial Administration or any related discipline with a minimum of second-class lower division/lower credit.
- Minimum of at least three (3) years post qualification experience in a similar position.
- Not more than 35 years of age.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and office management software
- Clear, friendly and professional communication skills.
- Excellent organizational, time-management and interpersonal skills.
- Discretion and confidentiality.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload.
- Familiarity with basic reporting techniques.
- Ability to communicate in English.
- Computer literacy is mandatory.
- Applicants must be resident in Ibadan.
