Job Title: Confidential Secretary to the Principal Partner
Location: Lekki Phase 1, Lagos

Summary
- Our Law firm requires a Confidential Secretary who will be responsible for providing high-level administrative, clerical, and secretarial support to senior lawyers, Associate Lawyers while ensuring smooth workflow and the secure handling of sensitive information.
- The role requires discretion, professionalism, and excellent organizational and communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
Administrative & Secretarial Duties:
- Manage and maintain the executive’s schedule, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Handle and screen calls, emails, and correspondence with professionalism and confidentiality.
- Prepare, proofread, and format reports, presentations, and other official documents.
- Maintain a secure filing system for confidential records, contracts, and sensitive documents.
- Organize meetings, prepare agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items
- Respond to emails and type documents
Confidentiality & Information Management:
- Ensure the secure handling of confidential information, including business strategies and personnel matters.
- Act as a trusted liaison between executives, employees, clients, and external stakeholders.
- Protect sensitive business data and maintain strict confidentiality at all times.
Office & Communication Coordination
- Liaise with internal departments and external partners to support business operations.
- Conduct research, compile data, and prepare briefing materials for meetings.
- Handle office supplies, logistics, and other administrative support tasks as required and other responsibilities:
- Perform all secretary duties as assigned by the management.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Law, Secretarial Studies, or a related field with 3 – 4 years work experience.
- Proven experience as a Confidential Secretary, Paralegal or similar role.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- High level of integrity, professionalism, and discretion.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and office management tools.
