Job Title: Construction Project Manager (Construction and Real Estate Sector)

Role Overview

• We are looking for a highly skilled Construction Project Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of construction projects from inception to completion.
• This role requires expertise in project management, a deep understanding of construction processes, and the ability to lead teams effectively.

Responsibilities

• Manage the planning, execution, and completion of construction projects ensuring they meet quality standards, budgets, and timelines.
• Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets in collaboration with design, engineering, and procurement teams.
• Oversee day-to-day operations on the construction site, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and stakeholders to ensure effective communication and workflow.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, identify issues, and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Maintain project documentation, including contracts, reports, and change orders while ensuring adherence to project specifications.
• Prepare and present project updates and reports to executive management and stakeholders.
• Manage project risks and establish contingency plans to mitigate potential challenges.
• Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations affecting construction activities.

Skills & Competences

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in construction project management, particularly in luxury residential real estate.
• Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, safety regulations, and building codes.
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in project management software and tools, including MS Project, AutoCAD, and construction management applications.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact effectively with clients, vendors, and team members.
• Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple projects, and adapt to changing priorities.

Measurable KPIs:

• Complete projects within the defined budget and timeline with a minimum of 90% adherence to these parameters.
• Achieve a minimum of 95% satisfaction rate from clients and stakeholders in post-project evaluations.
• Maintain site safety with no reported accidents or incidents during projects.
• Reduce project delays by 20% through effective planning and execution strategies.
• Prepare and submit timely project reports, achieving at least 95% accuracy in project documentation.
