Job Title: Construction Project Manager (Construction and Real Estate Sector)
Location: Ikoyi, Lagos

Role Overview
- We are looking for a highly skilled Construction Project Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of construction projects from inception to completion.
- This role requires expertise in project management, a deep understanding of construction processes, and the ability to lead teams effectively.
Responsibilities
- Manage the planning, execution, and completion of construction projects ensuring they meet quality standards, budgets, and timelines.
- Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets in collaboration with design, engineering, and procurement teams.
- Oversee day-to-day operations on the construction site, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and stakeholders to ensure effective communication and workflow.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, identify issues, and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Maintain project documentation, including contracts, reports, and change orders while ensuring adherence to project specifications.
- Prepare and present project updates and reports to executive management and stakeholders.
- Manage project risks and establish contingency plans to mitigate potential challenges.
- Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations affecting construction activities.
Skills & Competences
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in construction project management, particularly in luxury residential real estate.
- Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, safety regulations, and building codes.
- Excellent leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in project management software and tools, including MS Project, AutoCAD, and construction management applications.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact effectively with clients, vendors, and team members.
- Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple projects, and adapt to changing priorities.
Measurable KPIs:
- Complete projects within the defined budget and timeline with a minimum of 90% adherence to these parameters.
- Achieve a minimum of 95% satisfaction rate from clients and stakeholders in post-project evaluations.
- Maintain site safety with no reported accidents or incidents during projects.
- Reduce project delays by 20% through effective planning and execution strategies.
- Prepare and submit timely project reports, achieving at least 95% accuracy in project documentation.
