Title: Consumer Banking Officer
Locations: Abuja (FCT); Mainland Office & Island Office – Lagos; Akure – Ondo; Ibadan – Oyo; Osogbo – Osun & Ekiti
Employment Type: Full-time
Key Responsibilities
- Proactively develop client relationships, anticipate, and provide solutions to client needs, and give high priority to client satisfaction, with responsibility for meeting or exceeding agreed performance targets and objectives.
- Achieve a satisfactory level of knowledge of Consumer Banking products and services.
- Complete credit and loan documentation, research and evaluate loan applicant financial status, references, credit, and ability to repay the loan, also ensure that standards and credit policies of the bank are respected and strictly followed
- Liaison with those responsible for risk management and securities issues within the Bank.
- The interpretation and application of the various exemptions applicable to the processing of personal data.
Requirements
- B.Sc / B.A in Business Administration, Marketing or any relevant field
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in banking.
- Experience in the Banking Industry is Compulsory.
- Customer/market-orientated and Networking
- Ability to establish direction and drive execution
- Excellent at delivering and owning results
- Strong interpersonal, influencing, and communication skills.
- Strong experience in deposits mobilization, investment, credit, and loan products.
