Job Description

• We are seeking a competent Contact Center Associate who will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, executing call campaigns, conducting customer surveys, and providing backend support.
• The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, customer service experience, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound customer inquiries, resolving issues and providing accurate information
• Conduct outbound call campaigns, including customer follow-ups, surveys, and promotional calls
• Record and update customer interactions and feedback in the CRM system
• Provide backend support, including email responses and data entry
• Work closely with other teams to escalate and resolve customer issues effectively
• Maintain high levels of professionalism and adherence to company policies
• Achieve assigned call volume and quality targets
• Continuously identify opportunities to improve customer service processes

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mass Communication or other related Social Science discipline
• Minimum of 3 years relevant experience in a contact center
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure
• Proficiency in CRM software and Office Suite
• ​Prior experience in outbound call campaigns and customer surveys is a plus
