Job Title: Contact Centre Agent (Hausa Speaker)
Location: Victoria Island, Lagos
Job Description
- We are seeking a dedicated and professional Contact Centre Agent – Hausa Speaker ONLY to join our team.
- In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a seamless customer experience.
Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions efficiently and professionally.
- Address customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and provide accurate information about products and services.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Identify and escalate complex issues to the appropriate department for resolution.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve individual and team performance goals.
Requirements
- Must have completed NYSC
- B.Sc ONLY (2:2)
- Minimum of one year experience as a customer service or call centre agent
- Not older than 26 as at the time of application
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proven ability to deliver excellent customer service in a professional environment.
Salary
- N102,000 Monthly. (13TH Month, HMO, Pension).
