Job Overview

  • We are seeking a creative and talented Content Creator to join our team and contribute to our company’s online presence, brand identity, and marketing efforts.
  • As a Content Creator, you will be responsible for developing engaging and high-quality content across various platforms, including social media, blogs, websites, and more.
  • Your ability to craft compelling narratives, produce visually appealing assets, and adapt to different formats will be crucial in driving our brand’s messaging and growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Content Development: Create a wide range of content, including articles, blog posts, social media posts, videos, infographics, podcasts, and more, aligning with the brand’s tone, values, and objectives.
  • Research: Conduct thorough research on industry trends, relevant topics, and target audience preferences to inform content creation and ensure its accuracy and relevance.
  • Storytelling: Develop compelling and relatable narratives that resonate with the audience, effectively conveying the brand’s message and value proposition.
  • Visual Content: Collaborate with designers and other team members to produce visually appealing graphics, images, videos, and other multimedia elements to enhance content quality.
  • SEO Optimization: Incorporate best practices for search engine optimization (SEO) to ensure content is discoverable and ranks well in search engine results.
  • Content Calendar: Maintain a content calendar to plan, organize, and schedule content releases, ensuring consistent and timely delivery.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as marketing, design, and communications, to align content strategy with broader company goals.
  • Analytics and Reporting: Monitor and analyze content performance metrics, such as engagement rates, website traffic, and conversion rates, to refine content strategies and improve results.
  • Adaptation: Adapt content for various platforms and formats, tailoring messaging to suit different channels and target demographics.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Proven experience as a Content Creator, Copywriter, or similar role, showcasing a diverse portfolio of high-quality content.
  • Proficiency in content creation tools and software, as well as experience with social media management platforms.
  • Strong writing and editing skills, with a keen eye for detail and grammar.
  • Basic understanding of SEO principles and content optimization.
  • Creative mindset with the ability to generate innovative ideas and approaches.
  • Knowledge of current industry trends, digital marketing best practices, and social media platforms.
  • Experience with video editing and graphic design software.
  • Familiarity with data analytics tools to measure content performance.
  • Previous experience in a relevant industry or niche(added advantage).

Salary
N150,000 – N200,000/month.
