Job Title: Credit Support and Call Officer
Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Responsibilities
- Make regular calls to borrowers to remind them of due or overdue payments.
- Respond to customer inquiries regarding loan terms, repayment status, and account issues.
- Track daily, weekly, and monthly repayments using internal systems.
- Identify delinquent accounts and initiate follow-up actions.
Requirements
- Candidates should possess an SSCE / OND / HND / B.Sc qualification with 0 – 1 years work experience.
- Previous experience in tele-collections or Customer Service will be an added advantage
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills – must be confident on phone calls.
- Basic knowledge of loan processes and credit management.
- Good negotiation and persuasion skills.
- Must have Smart Phone.(Android or iPhone).

- Basic Salary: N60,000 per month
- Bonus: daily bonus, weekly bonus, (up to 15k)

- Salary increased in three months and again in six months.
