Job Title: Credit Support and Call Officer

Location: Ikeja, Lagos

Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

  • Make regular calls to borrowers to remind them of due or overdue payments.
  • Respond to customer inquiries regarding loan terms, repayment status, and account issues.
  • Track daily, weekly, and monthly repayments using internal systems.
  • Identify delinquent accounts and initiate follow-up actions.

Requirements

  • Candidates should possess an SSCE / OND / HND / B.Sc qualification with 0 – 1 years work experience.
  • Previous experience in tele-collections or Customer Service will be an added advantage
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills – must be confident on phone calls.
  • Basic knowledge of loan processes and credit management.
  • Good negotiation and persuasion skills.
  • Must have Smart Phone.(Android or iPhone).

  • Basic Salary: N60,000 per month
  • Bonus: daily bonus, weekly bonus, (up to 15k)

  • Salary increased in three months and again in six months.
