Job Description

• We are seeking meticulous and adaptable customer care agents who will interact with customers on behalf of our organization.
• In this role, you will be required to attend to all customer inquiries, interacting with customers and providing them with information in response to their inquiries about our products, in a friendly, polite, professional and timely manner.
• You will prepare product and customer reports by gathering data collected during customer interactions.
• Based on these feedbacks, you will give recommendations to the company to help improve our customers’ experiences.
• Successful candidate should be passionate about building sustainable business relationships and providing outstanding customer service at Superior Pharmaceuticals Limited.

Requirements

• B.Sc / HND (Biological Sciences or Human / Animal health sciences)
• No previous work experience required
• Great communication skills
• Soft spoken with excellent diction
• Attentiveness and patience
• Time-management and multi-tasking skills
• High integrity index
• Computer literate with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suites
• Must live within Ajao Estate and its environ.
