Job Summary

• We are looking for a Customer Care Officer to provide excellent customer support and maintainstrong relationships with our clients.
• The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling inquiries,resolving complaints, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for customers, responding to inquiries via phone, email,and social media.
• Address customer concerns and resolve complaints efficiently and professionally.
• Provide product and service information to customers.
• Process orders, returns, and exchanges while coordinating with relevant departments.
• Maintain accurate customer records and track interactions using CRM tools.
• Gather customer feedback to help improve services and products.
• Assist in sales and promotional activities by engaging with customers.

Requirements

• HND or relevant qualification in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field with 2 – 5 years work experience.
• Previous experience in customer service, preferably in retail, manufacturing, or e-commerce.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle difficult situations with professionalism and patience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

Salary

• N150,000 monthly.
